Bradykinin Receptor B1 Cell Line

Description Bradykinin receptor B1 Cell Line contains HEK293 cells stably expressing BDKRB1 with no tag. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual. The Bradykinin receptor B1 Cell Line (BDKRB1) allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate BDKRB1. When a ligand binds to the BDKRB1, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by a second messenger. This cell line has been validated performing an assay with [3H] bradykinin and increasing concentrations of no radioactive competitor. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring BDKRB1 receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.
